We loved how helpful the staff was when our luggage got lost. They really went the extra mile to help us track it down. Plus, being right next to the old town made it super easy to check out the Christmas Markets and explore with our two teenagers.

Additionally, the stained corridor carpets were concerning, detracting from the overall elegance of the place.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The location made it easy to visit the old town and the Peace Hall. Rooms were basic but comfortable enough for a group stay. Friendly staff was always willing to help us out. The laundry service was super convenient and reasonably priced. Breakfast was solid, giving us energy for our daily adventures.

The WiFi was pretty unreliable during our stay, which made checking in for our flights a bit of a hassle.
